The final meeting of the Veterans Book Club for the semester will be on Thursday April 22 at 5:30 on Zoom. The book selection is the anthology, Powder: Writing by Women in the Ranks, from Vietnam to Iraq edited by Shannon Cain and Lisa Bowden. The collection includes poetry and personal essays, written by women with a variety of experiences in the military. The discussion will be led by a student in the IU South Bend publishing program, who is a veteran and writer herself.
